"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. After a bit of research on Angie's List, I called The Drain Company around 3:00 and was given a verbal dollar estimate ($145 minimum on the weekend) and a time estimate of between 5:00 and 8:00 PM. I received a call from Kent at 5:15 PM that he was on the way. He arrived about a half an hour later. He sent the snake down the line, and it soon cleared the clog. He left it going for several extra feet to make sure to clear any additional roots all the way to the street.
