The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. After a bit of research on Angie's List, I called The Drain Company around 3:00 and was given a verbal dollar estimate ($145 minimum on the weekend) and a time estimate of between 5:00 and 8:00 PM. I received a call from Kent at 5:15 PM that he was on the way. He arrived about a half an hour later. He sent the snake down the line, and it soon cleared the clog. He left it going for several extra feet to make sure to clear any additional roots all the way to the street.
