Sooner Plumbing

We had Sooner Plumbing install a new kitchen sink for us. First, they are incredibly flaky and rescheduled the install several times. Then on the day the installed it, they removed the old sink, then decided to measure to make sure the new sink the bought would actually fit. Of course it didn't! They were supposed to install an undermount sink but had actually ordered an overmount. The workers kept insisting it was an upgrade (stupid me for trusting them!) so I said to install the sink. After all, at this point I have no kitchen sink. Later I found out that the overmount sink is actually significantly cheaper than the undermounts, but they refuse to give a discount. I don't think it was an accident that they ordered the wrong sink. Stay away from these guys they are not honest!

As usual, the fix to the kitchen faucet went very well. We have used Sooner Plumbing for many years now, and they are the only plumbing company that we will use. The work is always done well, and Ariel is a man of integrity. He is honest, courteous, and is careful to clean up after the work is done, and his prices are reasonable. Being new to Angie's List, we wanted to give Sooner Plumbing a great review because they are a great family owned business and worth giving a try. We would highly recommend Sooner Plumbing!!!

The work turned out to be great. They were efficient and fast. The guy actually put on hold another job because this was more an emergency. I had back ups so he had to go out and snake it all into the sewer. He put a sump pump, if it does an overflow again that will all slow down to the back. It's the pump used to remove water that is accumulated in the water collecting sump. He was great. He was done within a day. It was a big job and he had it done. I would use him again in the future.
