"After other businesses failed to respond to my requests for help, Commercial Pool & Spa was prompt to respond. It got better from there. Both the office representative and the service technician communicated effectively by phone and text. The tech visited within hours, reviewed the site, quoted the work, and scheduled work for the following day. The tech was delayed but communicated by text to keep me informed.
