"Jose’s Painting team were very professional and delivered! I appreciated Jose for being prompt for the walk through. Also he did a good job sizing up the work and giving me a work schedule. The team followed through on the work and did an excellent job. Once we agreed on the work plan, they stuck to it. Each day they arrived to work early and went straight to work. At the end of each day they cleaned up and put away their tools and paint. They were very respectful of our property and complied with special requests we had. The painting was very good!!! They did excellent Prep work on my home, which is wood and has wrought Iron work, which made the house look like new. The wrought iron is smooth and looks like new. The work on the wood was well done, there was quite a bit of exposed wood, but they took the time to address all of it and made it look new. The interior was well done again, the extra time spent prepping was key for a terrific finished look. I have a few more projects coming up and I would definitely call them back."

"Dream painting came recommended by a client of mine 6 years ago, and I have used them several times ever since, and have recommended them to my friends as well. That by itself should tell you that I was happy with their work. My two Main residences located in Ladera Ranch , and Corona were painted on interior and exterior . I used them for my rentals in Irvine, Aliso Viejo as well. First of all, PAUL is great . He is a very nice man and never oversell anything. Even if he recommends an area to be painted , he never pushes you to get it done. His estimates are fair and he puts it in writing . At one time, he gave me an estimate , but I ended up renting the townhome and did not go ahead with painting it. Two years later , when I was ready for paint to put the property on sale, he honored the same price although after covid, all **** broke loose, and labor and costs went through the roof. Still he kept the estimate the same because I was a repeat client so to say a VIP ! How great is that ? They are very professional. Ashly used to take over after Paul to schedule your project and John took over Ashley's position after a couple of years. They both did a great job for me. They stand by their work too. I did the exterior paint in Ladera house in one year and interior two years later. I asked them to touch up a couple of places like the exterior door, and Paul came over and said that they would do the touch up at no cost , because the paint should have lasted better. I did not see anything wrong, just a few chips here and there , but he stood by their quality of work ! No one does that. In times that service and customer care seems to be a forgotten principle, They are always on time, finish on time, have nice workers, and great prices . I highly recommend them ."

"I needed exterior painting done at my house. I received a quote from 5 different companies. The others told me what they wouldn't do and then their high price. Berger's was the most reasonable. Steve was very patient and informative. He walked me through what the paint project entailed. There was stucco work that needed to be done prior to painting which they took care of fabulously. On a daily basis his guys came out every morning on time, cleaned up before leaving, and were very helpful in answering my questions as well as they were progressing through the project. They even did a few extra things that I had not asked them for in regards to painting. The project took one week to complete. Two days later I noticed there were a few spots that needed touch-up. The guys came back out right away to retouch. I am very pleased with the work they did. I would definitely hire them again and would definitely recommend them to others."
