The awning looked very nice when they finished. It was professionally done from start to finish. It was expensive but it was of very good quality. It hasn't rained so we don't really know. I also have a drop down valance that drops down about 4'. The installers worked around a gutter downspout, but the awning was not centered between my rails. I had my roof replaced and my gutters and downspout also. I informed Han that the downspout was repositioned and his guys came out and repositioned the awning about 6" and now the fit is perfect. I am very happy with workers and the company."
