The second visit involved a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I felt that he should have been compensated for his time, but he refused any payment! Obviously, customer care and satisfaction are more important to him than financial remuneration. Suffice it to say, I have him on speed dial."

"I had an absolutely stellar experience with Varuzh. From my initial phone call, all the way through his service I was treated with patience and respect. It is such a vulnerable position to put yourself in, to have computer repair work done by a stranger, and finding a truly trustworthy person to deal with can almost seem impossible. On top of that, the vast majority of IT people seem to relish in being condescending and seem to love to make you feel terrible about your equipment etc. Not Varuzh, from the time I called to explain the issue I was having and all the way through his service, he listened intently, offered great and reasonable solutions and put my mind to ease right away. He also worked very quickly and efficiently. And he even went as far as to offer help and suggestions for another family member who was experiencing similar issues. I will definitely be using his help again and I can't recommend him high enough!"
