They are an authorized Apple repair place and these guys are terrific. My computer came back new and they restored all my data. They were polite and knowledgeable and it's a well run operation.

Their service is excellent. They are authorized one for Apple products. Their price and service are excellent. They are fast, good, and reasonable. They didn't charge me for the service. I would definitely use them in the future.

They put in a new hard drive. My computer was dropped and broke. They did a great job.

The shop is a wreck but don't let the lack of decoration or tidiness fool you. I've used this shop a couple of times now and the owner knows his stuff and can solve your problems in a timely way. The first time I took my dell laptop in because I was getting a black screen on my computer when I turned it on. I don't remember the exact problem I had the second time I took it in. Besides correcting the problem, I loved that the owner took his time to show and teach me a couple of things. That was a cherry on top of the pie.

The class began on time. The instruction was clear and there was time for individual questions.

The work was done on time and the software performs as it should.

Recommended by a computer company. I called them and got the lowest quote by far. Work done same day!

DiNo sent a MAC subcontractor, LA MAC Support (Mike Burns). He did a great job. Fixed network connectivity problems on 2 computers; called to reset modem; gave tips on archiving and backing-up files. Made sure Sony laptop was also connected. He spent about 2.5 hours and was very knowledgeable about MAC technology. Mike guarantees his work and will not charge if he can't fix the problem. I had spent over $500 for another company who could not fix the connectivity problem after 3 hours.

Terrific. He saved me from a nightmare of a crashed computer and now my computer is better than new.

When the back hinge to my laptop broke, I asked a friend where to take my iBook for repairs. She recommended Di-No. They immediately knew what part had to be ordered. I decided to have them replace my keyboard and install some additional memory at the same time. The price they quoted was less than another Mac repair store I'd talked to earlier. It took a week for them to get the clutch assembly and new keyboard (the memory I had already purchased) and another day for installation. I was very satisfied with their work. My only quibble; they underestimated the time it would take to order parts and do the installation.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I ALWAYS ASK FOR THE SAME SALESMAN WHEN I USE THE SERVICE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND I USE DI-NO ON A REGULAR BASIS. THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE TIME.
