I encountered the dreaded "blue screen of death" on Christmas Day.  The next day, I called and left a voice mail message for Brian, expecting to hear from him after the New Year.  I was amazed that he returned my call in less than 15 minutes!  He checked out the model of my Lenovo laptop before giving me an estimate, and explained his pricing policy in full, so I was completely clear about it.
We arranged for Brian to arrive at my house the following Tuesday, and he arrived promptly.  He purchased the hard drive for me from the local Best Buy with a discount and presented the receipt to me.  He was personable yet no-nonsense, and very honest.
The time to replace the hard drive was on point with his estimate.  It did take a little more time than I anticipated because of the speed of my computer loading the six recovery discs, but that was not through any fault of his.  He also loaded free word processing and spreadsheet programs and Windows Defender, so I didn't have to replace lost software.  
I was very pleased with Brian and his service and wholeheartedly recommend him for computer repairs.   My dog absolutely loved him - and my dog is a very good judge of character!

We had Brian come to our house to fix our internet with our Blu-ray last July and he did such a great job, that we called him immediately when my husband's computer started malfunctioning.

Brian did a wonderful job and we were both so impressed as we sat and watched him work his skilled magic on the computer. And it was worth every penny.

And his background is fascinating! Ask him about it! We're talking submarines...!

So if you need anything fixed that is computer related, call Brian!

Brian was awesome.  He had great customer service, showed up on time, and was responsive.  He quickly fixed issues with my PC that I've had for months - I wish I would have called him sooner instead of struggling with a slow computer for so long.  Highly recommend.

Brian gave us his earliest appointment (8-15), came out promptly and within an hour of arrival had it fixed.  This is very important to most of us, but my husband was going to have a Fantasy Football Draft, which added additional urgency. 

Unfortunately we forgot to mention an email issue not impacting the draft, and had to call Brian again.  He came out today and fixed it without an additional charge.  This is the 2nd time we have used PC Heaven's services.  Brian's knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency make it a pleasure to work with him, and I will call him for any computer issues we may have.  He is the BEST.

Brian is truly a professional. He quickly and efficiently solved a very mysterious (at least to me) aggravating situation with our WiFi not working with one TV and continually stopping.

Brian discovered that one of the Blu Ray players was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. That might sound simple, but it took many hours of my trying to solve it!

It seemed every hard drive we tried was bad.  He figured out that the hard drive wire was bad.  He also cleaned up some stuff and made recommendations on backing up and what software to use for backup, antivirus, etc.

He went step by step, checking numerous things, explaining what and why.  I discovered lots of stuff, and am looking forward to hiring him to teach me more.

Brian is our "go to" PC guy here in Ventura County. He is honest and really knows his stuff.
His response time is quick and repair is complete. I give him 5 out of 5

I contacted Brian Whyte at PC Heaven and explained the issue. He listened carefully to my story and asked for additional details that would help him determine the basics of the problem. He then explained how the data recovery operation would work and what the preliminary costs would be. I needed some time to think it over and told Brian I'd call him back. When I contacted him again he answered more questions in a helpful manner. 
Brian then picked up the damaged drive from my home, as well as a replacement drive I wanted the restored data transferred to, if the original drive could not be salvaged. He provided some tips about external drives and explained in more detail the data recovery process. He estimated it would take about four days to complete the operation.
I was in luck, though the whole thing only took two days. All my data was recovered and placed on the new external drive. Brian delivered the new drive and the broken one back to me, and stayed to make sure it linked up to my computer properly and that the data was in place.
The whole time Brian was courteous, helpful and very knowledgable about the whole process. I will definitely contact him for any future computer repair issues, and highly recommend his services.

Bryan Whyte, owner of the business PCHeaven, came out himself to fix our desk top computer.  He assured us that if any future repairs become necessary,  it would always be him personally, not an assistant who would come out.  He came on time and made every effort to make all repairs in less than an hour.  I was quite concerned with this as the price increases with each hour.  He found the virus and eradicated it.  He also tuned up our computer to allow it to run faster.  I was pleased with his competence, timeliness, and professionalism. I would recommend him to friends and family.

As always, Brian is very professional, efficient and reliable. He is a wealth of computer knowledge...which is a huge benefit for us. His recommendations are very practical, helpful and user friendly. We have utilized him before and will continue for all of our computing needs.

I called PC Heaven after reading the rave reviews on Angie's list.  When I spoke with Brian on the phone he explained his hourly fee and said that he did not charge for travel time (he is Thousand Oaks and I'm in Ventura).  Brian was on time (he called 30 minutes before and said he would be here in 30 mins. and he was).  He got right to work and tuned up the computer.  He pointed out some programs that another technician had installed that were probably causing the slowness.  He completed his work in one hour and prior to leaving made sure that my scanner and printer were properly working. 
Brian also said that I could call him or e-mail him with questions.  I will definitely keep his number for future issues with computers. Also, I will recommend PC Heaven to my friends.
