Brian gave us his earliest appointment (8-15), came out promptly and within an hour of arrival had it fixed. This is very important to most of us, but my husband was going to have a Fantasy Football Draft, which added additional urgency.
Unfortunately we forgot to mention an email issue not impacting the draft, and had to call Brian again. He came out today and fixed it without an additional charge. This is the 2nd time we have used PC Heaven's services. Brian's knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency make it a pleasure to work with him, and I will call him for any computer issues we may have. He is the BEST.
Brian is truly a professional. He quickly and efficiently solved a very mysterious (at least to me) aggravating situation with our WiFi not working with one TV and continually stopping.
Brian discovered that one of the Blu Ray players was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. That might sound simple, but it took many hours of my trying to solve it!

However a ‘C’ for the Pricing might be alittle misleading for 4 reasons, the Member; 1) Got a Money Saving Coupon off Angies List. 2) Called us out on a Weekend which is a 2-Hour minimum charge not 1-Hour. 3) Called us back for more work increasing the total Bill. 4) And we saved the Customer $139.99 by providing them with a Free version of MS Office. Brian then picked up the damaged drive from my home, as well as a replacement drive I wanted the restored data transferred to, if the original drive could not be salvaged. He provided some tips about external drives and explained in more detail the data recovery process. He estimated it would take about four days to complete the operation.
I was in luck, though the whole thing only took two days. All my data was recovered and placed on the new external drive. Brian delivered the new drive and the broken one back to me, and stayed to make sure it linked up to my computer properly and that the data was in place.
The whole time Brian was courteous, helpful and very knowledgable about the whole process. I will definitely contact him for any future computer repair issues, and highly recommend his services.
Brian also said that I could call him or e-mail him with questions. I will definitely keep his number for future issues with computers. Also, I will recommend PC Heaven to my friends.

He quickly responded to my initial phone call and made an appointment at the earliest time possible for my schedule. He gave me instructions for purchase of replacement computer and printer as was necessary and set all up for me. My hard drive was taken to a "clean room" in Camarillo and they were able to save all my business files which Brian re-installed, and set up the new computer and desktop for ease of use by me.
He is outstanding in his area and I found his fees to be reasonable -recognize you pay for what you get - and he was worth every dime... and then some.

"We wish to say; 'Thank You' very much for taking your time to answer questions for this review, some 7 months after the Service Call was performed. As stated above, we were contacted by our ‘Existing Customer’ to 'Strip Out' their PC after they took it to another PC Repair Shop, and complaining that it was ‘messed up’ beyond functionality and would not take it back to them to fix. So, as requested, and understanding it would be of some expense, we Backed-up all the Data, then Reloaded Windows, Office 2003 – then upgraded to 2007, set-up Email on Outlook, and then set-up a Backup System. We felt bad that it took so long to reload their slow pc that we deducted $156 from the Bill for Customer Satisfaction. We are so sorry that the Customer was frustrated after already spending allot of money with the prior service company and felt we did not achieve a 'cheap fix' and wish to extend a very warm, deep and heartfelt Apology.
