MIKE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPS US SOLVE PROBLEMS WHEN OUR COMPUTER IS ACTING UP. HE WORKS ON MAC'S & PC'S. HE WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS ON A FOLLOW-UP PHONE BASIS IF NECESSARY.
