My printer died over the weekend.  I called Mark on Monday and got his voice mail.  He called me back shortly and I described the problem to him on the phone.  Openly he told me that I would be better off getting a new printer.  By the time he came over, and got a part, that might or might not be readily available, the difference in price would be minimal.  I took his advice and went to buy a new printer.  I had previously installed several printers and did not think I would experience any difficulties.  The instructions from the manufacturer were worthless.  The CD provided was useless also.  I called Mark again and he stopped by that afternoon. He too had problems with the CD but eventually he installed my printer, got it connected to our home network, worked out a couple of minor software problems and was on his way.

This is the second time I have used Mark and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Mark arrived when he said he would. He had the exact replacement part I needed, and installed it quite easily and fast.
I found him to be a very pleasant man and also gave me some useful hints about my PC hat improved it's performance.

While he was here he took the time to help me with a few other issues I was having with my tablet and my laptop. He listened very attentively. He is very patient and knowledgeable. You immediately feel that you can trust him and his advice. I am so happy to have found someone I can rely for future problems. I will definitely be calling him help with any other computer issues that may arise.

First of all, we hired C-Tech Computers through Angie's List expecting that he was a member of Angie's List and that he had been fully investigated by Angie's List to be a suitable person and his business would be a legitimate business.  This is the reason that we joined Angie's List so that we could rely on them to fully investigate this person, but Mr. Keister is not a member of Angie's List nor has he ever joined Angie's List and has never been investigated by Angie's List to see if he is an honest person.
I have written two (2) glowing reviews for Mr. Keister even though early on Mr. Keister told us that he was not a member of Angie's List that one of his clients had submitted his name and that is how Mr. Keister is now on Angie's List!  Shame on you Angie's List for allowing this to happen knowing full well that he is not a member.  I know that you have contacted him on many occasions to join but he refuses to.  Why should he?  He is getting referrals and not having to pay dues to Angie's List.
Mr. Keister has done work on our computers and we have spent around $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 and for all of this work that he has done, we never received an invoice even though we requested an invoice many times but to no avail.  The breakdown happened when we needed a new website, but Mr. Keister did not do websites but he said that he would find a reputable person to create a new website for us.  He did and the computer technician that created our website did a magnificent job.  After the first look at the website, we needed to speak with the web-technician but Mr. Keister did not want us to have any contact with him.  We then demanded that we speak with the web-technician and finally Mr. Keister relented.  We met with the web-creator and explained the changes and soon the new website was done.  We then received an INVOICE from the web-technician.
 When we received the invoice there was a discrepancy!  Mr. Keister told us that the web-technician needed half of the money of the total cost as a down-payment.  Then Mr. Keister told us what he needed in order to do the work performed on his end.  So, we paid Mr. Keister $245.00 and $300.00 to the web-technician.  When the invoice arrived, the amount credited to the final bill for the website was $245.00.  We then spoke with the web-technician and explained what happened and he further explained to us that there was no work for Mr. Keister to perform for this website!  We then contacted Mr. Keister immediately and he went on the defense immediately and tried to say that we forgot everything that was discussed, etc.  We went back and forth like this with texting and then when we said to Mr. Keister that we had received an invoice from the web-technician, that is when he blew-up and it was like a ton of bricks fell.  That is when he said "you people leave me alone you are nuts."  These are the only words that he can use because he had no excuse for lying!  When people lie they go on the defense and then call you every name in the book.  Mr. Keister told us that he would send back the $55.00 but that was about two (2) weeks ago and I sent a text today and again this was his reply "You people are out of your minds.  I did work for the 55 dollars that I cant undo.  Please leave me alone and stop harassing me. "  I don't consider one (1) text in two (2) weeks harassing.  We know that the dollar amount is not significant, but there is a principle to this matter and especially due to the fact that we were never provided an invoice nor could we ever get Mr. Keister to provide an invoice.
Now we turn to Angie's List for their response and they will be unable to get a response as Mr. Keister is not a member of Angie's List.
Our final end to this will be pursuing other ways to collect the entire amount of monies from Mr. Keister.

I was extremely frustrated with the terrible performance of my less than year old computer.  After the third trip back to where I purchased it  and another week long wait with still no improvement, I called C-Tech.  Mark was prompt and professional.  The problems he found could not be repaired at my home so he took the computer overnight.  I had my computer back the very next day running perfectly.  I'm not sophisticated when it comes to computers but unlike others who had supposedly fixed my computer, Mark took the time to explain what he had done in a way that I could understand.  The repair required the computer to be completely reloaded as though it had just come from the factory but without a lot of junk that wasn't necessary.  He reloaded it correctly without losing any of my files or documents.  He also showed me how to check the computers performance.  Mark was highly professional, patient and his knowledge is top notch.  My computer has never run better.   I have already recommended him to a neighbor and would definitely call him again.

Mark is extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive.  He is very polite, but is also business-like and does not waste time.  Unlike some computer service techs, Mark is patient, explains everything in layman's terms and responded to all of my questions.  Dealing with Mark is a pleasure.  His pricing for his services is very fair.  I highly recommend Mark for computer repair and service issues.

Mark is an encyclopedia of computer technology.  When you are hiring Mark, you are actually hiring "Steve Jobs."  His knowledge is so vast that in a matter of minutes, Mark has everything done, fixed or explaining to you what you need.  We have a computer that was made by another computer technician and we knew that this computer was not good, but when Mark took one look at the computer, he said "I have better computers in my shed that I can sell you for $60.00!"  There will never be a time that we will be without a computer technician.  Mark told us what we needed in new computers, went online and picked out everything we needed and all we have to do is order the computers and when they arrive, Mark will install all the programs on both computers and our office and home office will not miss a day of running.

We have had an iPad since December 2011 and it has never been used and in a matter of minutes, Mark downloaded many apps, explained everything and in a matter of 1 day, the iPad is up to date and is being used more in 1 day than it was used in an entire year.

We have iPhones, an iPad, a Mac Laptop computer and our office and home office run PC's.  It does not make a difference of what kind of computer you have, Mark knows it all.  He's truly a remarkable person, an incredible computer technician and an incredibly honest person.

Mark will be coming into our office monthly to maintain our computers.  We are so grateful that we found Mark.

Mark was terrific in every way. He was on time, knew what he was doing, went over the issues one-by-one and solved them. The Outlook problem was particularly pesky since there was something odd going on as a result of some settings I had been asked to change in a recent call to Roardrunner. He diagnosed the problem, undid what was off, and got it right. Along the way in his work, he added a few shortcuts and features that will help a lot. When I asked where he was before, he said he'd been in a corporate environment as the IT person. I just retired from an large office with a person like Mark right there all the time helping people like me who don't know how to get computers to do what we need them to do. It's clear that has extensive expereince knows what he is doing. He is also honest, good at explaining what he did, and his prices are extremely reasonable. This review probably sounds too glowing to be true, but it is.
