I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. "The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"

He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.

"It was a bigger job unclogging the drain than I thought it was going to be, but, Richard completely unclogged the drain while taking everything apart under the sink. He also fixed a leak under the sink that had been going on for quite a while. He was friendly, punctual, worked quickly, very knowledgeable and neat. The price was more than fair. I will have him out to replace the faucet in the bathroom just as soon as I pick out the new fixture."
