R&S Automotive have been our mechanics for the last few years. We find them professional and attentive and quite reasonably priced. They never push us to carry out any unnecessary repairs and always provide a fairly accurate estimate of costs before making the repairs. The staff is very professional and polite. They used to be open on Saturdays occasionally, which was very convenient for our family, since we have small children. Hopefully they'll decide to open on Saturdays again soon!

We have been taking our cars to R&S since 1992. We won't take our cars to anyone else. Mario has gone out of his way for us many times. He always gives us advice of what needs to be done now and what can wait. I really trust his work, and try to keep up with his recommendations. I really like having such a reliable company servicing our cars. One less thing to worry about.

We've been using them for a few years, they've been consistently giving good service. They're so efficient and courteous. They give you a complete report and labor description that's very comprehensive. They also give you a consultation after inspecting the vehicle to consult with you about the price and problems.

A few years ago, our vehicle was parked outside at our home on a rainy week. Unfortunately, rats took refuge in our Honda Odyssey engine chewing wires and causing numerous electrical issues with our vehicle. We were new to the area so we asked around for referrals for local auto repair shops. We proceeded to spend thousands of dollars (no exaggeration) at another local auto repair shop and the Honda Dealer. They were able to fix the immediate problems, but we still had random engine misfires causing the check engine and TCS lights to come on. No one knew why. We gave up. Fast forward about 2 years. The vehicle won't pass the Smog Test with the misfires, so we researched local repair shops and found R&S. The vehicle needed other work, which they did for a reasonable price. And, more importantly, Mario and the team at R&S committed to figuring out what was causing the engine misfires. They engaged the problem creatively, did a lot of research and figured out what the dealer and other shops had completely missed. Mario even personally called me a week later to make sure that the lights had remained off and the van was working well. Finally, we have found a reliable and trustworthy auto shop that we will gladly refer friends to. Thanks R&S!

I've used R&S for several years, always for my oil changes and occasionally for other minor auto repairs. There is always a friendly person ready to greet you. I live nearby, so I can drop my car off, walk home and have them call me when it's ready. They are quick and always call immediately to let me know my car is ready to pick up. The oil change price may be a little higher than the cheapy places, but they do a great job, always return my car clean and re-set the oil change reminder.

R&S always takes great care of my car. They are fast, efficient, reasonably priced and very thorough. I don't trust anyone else to take care to my car.

The office area and customer waiting area were exceptionally clean, you can tell that they put a big emphasis on pleasing their customers. The staff, to include the cleaning lady, were all very friendly and helpful. There was no sales push to get me to complete the recommended repairs on my vehicle, just advice and professional guidance on how long I might safely prolong it. The comfortable attitude of some of the other established customers was comforting as well. This place lives up to it's great reputation and I will be going back!

First, R&S is my go-to shop for all things automotive, and I use their services regularly. This most recent service was a simple smog-check and oil change on a 2001 Land Cruiser. I brought the vehicle in at about 10:00 a.m. and picked it up at 4:30 - it helps that I live close by, so I could drop it off. There's not much to say about service details for this particular service, other than the work was accomplished satisfactorily, and for a fair price. They've been doing an interesting thing lately: automotive service classes for women (not repair classes, but informational all-about-car-maintenance classes). This gets my vote as well.

They are outstanding. They are very professional and very quick.

I was able to get an appointment for next day after I called, even though they always seem pretty busy. They called when I expected with the results of their inspection. They could not get the A/C to malfunction, so they checked everything they could think of and test drove it. If it acts up again, they will check it right away. I have used these guys many times for 4 different cars. They are more expensive than other shops I have used, but I have always been very happy with their work and their professionalism. I plan to continue to use them.

Fast, courteous and professional service is what they claim and it was what we received. the vehicle was ready to go when they said it would be and for the price we agreed on. The Explorer handles better than in a long time and I am comfortable that my wife is safe driving it. R&S provided courtesy rides both ways when necessary and I have gone back for some other minor work since then. I will continue to use and recommend their services.

Their prises are competive, the quality of workmanship and customer service are outstanding. I have never had a problem with their service. They have always been responsive and prompt when my SUV has needed service.

I brought my CR-V in for its scheduled maintainance and to have a few minor issues looked at. They called back and told me that one of my front struts was broken, which meant replacing both. They also replaced the battery, replaced a fuse for the domelight, and tightened a loose latch which was causing my 'rear hatch open' light to come on while driving. The work was completed in one day. The bill, $1500, seemed really high, and there was no wiggle room for negotiation. I kicked myself a bit that I hadn't shopped around after getting the estimate, but I was in a hurry to get the work done and get my car back. Aside from the price, the work they did seems good and the staff was professional.

They are an auto club member and have been granted the approved auto repair seal from them. I have been going to this company for about ten years now. They are great. They never overcharge. They are honest about what needs to be done and what does not need to be done. For instance, I asked them about replacing the clock on the Toyota, and they researched it and found that it would cost about $200 and they told me that and we decided it would not be worth that amount of money.

They were very attentive and helpful. They have a shuttle service that drove me home and picked me up when the work was completed. They discovered that the trailor light issue was just a misplaced relay, and they were up front about that with us. They were not able to find the ping in the engine, so nothing was done with that. The air conditioning works well. Overall, they engenderd trust, which is what you want with a mechanic. Their pricing seemed a bit higher than you might get with other shops, but we were happy with the service to our F150.

The guys in the shop worked quickly. When my car was done, it very clean. There were no grease or oil smudges on the carpet or on the exterior of the car.

THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. TECHNICIANS ARE KNOWLEDGABLE, COURTEOUS, AND THEY ARE CLEAN. THEY ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.

THE SERVICE AT R & S IS TRULY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE CLEAN, PROMPT, HONEST, AND KNOW THEIR JOBS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ALSO PROVIDE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE GARAGE.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY CARS TO R AND S FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY IN THEIR SERVICE. THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER THAN MOST AUTO REPAIR PLACES AND THE WORK IS SUPERB.
