"Disappeared when job was done and left us with expensive problems. I really hate having to call out a small business owner, especially one that lives in our community. Here's the story. Trinity Lyon of Daystar Construction was contracted to do electrical, insulation, and drywall in our detached garage. The job began in September of '23 and was completed in April of '24. Several weeks ago after a big thunderstorm I walked into the garage to find one of the light fixtures hanging by it's wires. My guess is that the thunder vibrated the ceilng causing the light to fall. I contacted Trinity by phone and text. After no response for several days I hired an electrician to properly attach the fixture. The day after the electrician fixed that fixture another light came loose from the ceiling. Once again I called and texted Trinity, this time I asked in my message if he could just please give me the number of the electrician who he subcontracted for our job. Again, no response from Trinity so I called the electrician I found and had him come back out. This time "my" electrician ensured that each light fixture in the garage (12 of them) were properly attached to the trusses, and not attached with picture hanging molys as had been done by Trinity's crew. The lights began falling from the ceiling only 3 months after Trinity finished the job. I don't think I was asking too much for this issue to be taken care of by the guy who contracted the job. I just want to let others know so they won't find themselves throwing out money."
