THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN WEST WING MOUNTAIN IN PEORIA, AZ. THE QUALITY OF THE HOUSE OVERALL IS VERY GOOD. AS FAR AS THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY SPH, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR SOME WORK TO BE DONE FROM OUR FINAL WALKTHROUGH WHICH WAS HELD ON AUGUST 17, 2004. WE HAVE HAD TO CALL AND REMIND THEM OF WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THE CLOSING ON THE HOUSE WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THE SPH WALKTHROUGH REPRESENTATIVE GAVE US SOME INACCURATE INFORMATION WHICH HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR US WHILE PUTTING IN OUR LANDSCAPING. THE ON-SITE SHP REP FOR WEST WING HAS ALSO CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES AND IT HAS BEEN DIFFICULT TO REACH THEM. OVERALL, WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE HOUSE.

PRICE PER SQ. FOOT WAS EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE. QUALITY WAS HIGH, AND IN AREAS WHERE ITEMS NEEDED TO BE FIXED, BUILDER WAS QUICK TO FIX ISSUES TO MY LIKING.
