One of the first things I look for in a contractor is if they show up on time. And Jay did exactly that. He is a hard working personable person who worked non-stop on getting all the windows cleaned on our two story both inside and house and did a fantastic job. I recommended him to two of my friends the same day and they both hired him the then to do their windows. I'm sure Jay just got three more long term customers.
