"This was our second job with Outdoor Xcapes. 1st one in 2011 with Bret as our Salesman. Went fairly smoother with only a few glitches. This job consisted of a seat wall with small patio, step pads and artificial turf with Steve as our Salesman. Steve was very nice and eager to please during the bidding process. Very responsive to phone calls during the job. However, as the job progressed It was apparent that while it was important to Steve that the job was done correctly there was no give or take on money. At a Home Show an Outdoor Xscapes representative (not Steve) told us that repeat customers would get a discount. Steve would not honor that discount until it was to his advantage. There was a hole in their work schedule and they needed a job to fill it. At that point a discount was offered. The tree we wanted was 20% off, Steve would not give or share the shavings. Didn’t seem like there was any interest in building any relationship for return business or referrals. Crew did a great job including clean-up. Jesse, the foreman, was pleasant to work with. However, he was the only one who spoke English and stayed on the job for only a short time. Any communication had to be done by phone to Steve who would contact Jesse. It was a little cumbersome to communicate. We are very happy with the concrete seat wall and step pads. There were a few hiccups during the process, nothing major. The turf was not acceptable. It had discoloration, lines about every 10” and two visible seams. Megan was our contact for warranty issues. She was very responsive and easy to work with. I had to work directly with the representative for the turf which was Synthetic Grass. It took six weeks but the grass was replaced and installed by Outdoor Xscapes at no cost to us. Adam was in charge of the installation and worked with us to make it right. In hind sight my husband and I were too complacent in going with the same landscaping company. We assumed they would treat us right because we were a return customer. Because of this we didn’t get any other bids and when it became obvious that there was no loyalty to a return customer felt it was too late in the process to start over. It was a mistake. Outdoor Xcapes as a whole, is a good company and gets the job done quickly. Be sure to negotiate payment terms and dollars up front."

"HORRIBLE POOL SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They must of sold the company because they have ZERO work ethic as of the past few months. Here are reasons to steer clear of them: 1-they show up and they are here for no joke 5-6 minutes 2-they are super expensive and they nickel and dime you for everything. 3-they constantly are sending notices of things needing to be done (which is fine if warranted) but this company is just out for the $$$$ 4-Be prepared to be calling them every week because the pool guys show up without proper items needed to clean your pool i.e. no hose vacuum, they dont sweep the pool, if they do sweep it they push it to the deep end and hope nobody notices. 5-when you call the office nobody ever answers the phone, so you leave a voicemail and/or text but take a seat because NOBODY is calling back anytime soon. Ohhh were you expecting them to come back and fix the issue same day???? NOPE!!!! They will come when "they" are good and ready which is probably the following week Why have a pool service then? 6-they empty out the leaves from your baskets on the side of the house because its too much effort to dispose of it properly 7- they do not service your pool the entire week of a holiday So nothing for 2-weeks Xmas or New Year 8-they take pictures of your "cleaned pool" from far away so you can't see the floor and how dirty it still is OR they leave it cloudy OR they send you pictures of someone else pool OR they take pictures of Chlorine tablets in someone's hands but those tablets don't make it into the pool LASTLY, THEY WERE GOOD YEARS AGO AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE OLD REVIEWS. NOTHING IS CURRENT"

"Joey cleans our pool on a weekly basis and does an excellent job. We moved to AZ almost a year ago & were new to owning a pool. We started for the first month with a different company and changed to Sky Blue because we weren’t happy with the service of the other company. Joey always answers all of our questions and explains everything clearly and has saved us money compared to the other company. If I call him at 7:30 on a Saturday night with an “emergency” question he has not problem answering or at least getting back to me quickly. We highly recommend this company and the owner Joey."
