Working in the swimming pool industry for over 6 years and seeing the joy and happiness I can bring a family with a healthy swimming pool is why we have started Aquamates Pool Service. After testing my equipment they said we cannot take your money your pump is working fine. I asked what do I owe you and they said for what? We did not do anything. "I've been a customer for two years and for a year and half the service was pretty good. Since then they have gone down considerable. I would not recommend them since we have many other choices. The service includes sweeping the walls and floor. I have camera's that show it never gets done. I asked for a vacuum service because of the dirt on the bottom and the picture of the jacuzzi was the same day after he vacuumed. I showed the tech the video of them in & out in 4 min. and was told management would contact me. (never heard from them) I was due for a filter cleaning. Then that same tech that cleaned the filter did a sloppy/careless job after I told him about the poor workmanship of the other tech. He didn?t bother to check his own work, left the air bleed valve open so when the pool turned on it flooded the equipment area (glad I was home and only ran for a short time opened, could have been way worse). Also, he did not tighten the drain valve and it leaked. see pictures"
