"Glenn is a great salesman. I very much appreciated how up front and honest he was about his products. It became clear to me very quickly that I wanted to consider going with them for my purchase. I asked Glenn the same questions repeatedly for a few days until I had understood everything I was uncertain about. He was more than patient and willing to help me. I ended up going with the higher end water conditioner unit. Install went relatively smoothly. My house was not pre plumbed for a water softener, so there was some extra work involved. His contractors were friendly. They didn't mind me watching the install as I was intrigued by the whole process. When they left they made sure to clean up any mess they had made. The install location was a big of a compromise from what I originally wanted, but I think it will work just fine. At the end of the day I couldn't get the other companies to give me quotes, come out to my home for a face to face, and the prices I did see from the competition was not anywhere near ballpark for Fresh Mountain in regards to quality and value. "Al called ahead and was on time. My request was to resolve the immediate need. He evaluated the situation and recommended a course of action given the age of the house and cast iron pipes. He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."

"Regal Bath and Kitchens did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to get rid of the bathtub, the tiny shower, and the 90’s style lower vanity with the massive mirror. We didn’t even think there was room to do all that we wanted but their end result made the room look larger than it was . Best of all, this was at a price we could afford. Rich helped us get things started by meeting at the showroom to see styles on display and to pick out tiles for the floor and walls. We could see the samples for the vanity, the sinks and the fixtures. It made it easier to coordinate things when we could see how everything looked together, and we were able to select exactly what we wanted in each area. We did have to choose a second tile by going to Floor and Décor later on because our wall tile was out of stock, but the replacement one was beautiful and the sales lady there also helped us coordinate things. The remodel included removing a wall and some other decorative arches in the bathroom. They had to move the water pipes for the shower. The shower included so many nice features – a bench, a toe pick near the shower heads, two shower heads – a rain style one and a hand held one – a switch to use one or both heads at the same time, a niche for toiletries, and the controls to turn the water on near the entrance to the shower so it was warm by the time we got into the shower. They also agreed to install new light fixtures, towel racks and mirrors which we purchased elsewhere. They suggested that we hire others to paint the walls for us. They did an exception job with the plumbing. The slope of the floor in the shower is just right so that all the water runs into the drain and the drain is big enough that it has never gotten clogged. Whenever, we had a problem or concern, Rich was reassuring saying that he would take care of everything we wanted. The crew was proud of the work they did and were always cheerful to have working in our home. John was especially careful of keeping the dust off our rugs and in the master bathroom area. Every day he carefully covered the beds with plastic so they could be used at night. Jesus worked exceptionally hard getting the tiles on the bottom of the shower installed. The end result has received a “Wow” from everyone who sees it. We would hire them again to remodeled our hall bath."

Mike and his guys did a great job. They took my ideas and helped me create a better design for the layout in my yard.  The materials showed up when they said they would prior to installation. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and did excellent work. The job was finished when they said they would and left the area clean of debris and ready to use.
