"I moved into my house in 1995. There was all ready an in-ground (plaster) pool when we moved in. It had been built in 1990 by Sylvan Pools. The pool was beautiful until around 2010. There were a couple of spots at the bottom of the steps where the re-bar was showing through. So, I decided to have it re-plastered in 2012. I thought they did a good job, at first. The last day the worker, who put water into the pool, left a stain. Okay, I put up with that. Soon after, I tried to turn on the pool light & it didn't come on. It was flooded with water. Okay again, since I never use the pool light. But, starting about 3-4 years ago my pool has started to get more & more stains in it. We live in Phoenix Arizona. We don't close our pool & the pump is run everyday. This year we have had a terrible time with algae. While dealing with it I'm finding more & more hairline cracks in the plaster. "Dang and his team were great. Very easy to work with in getting the job done. I contact Dany about two weeks before the job start. We did an initial walk around of the house and perimeter. He provided a verbal estimate of cost and gallons required, as well as a description of what he and his team will do. He followed up with a written estimate and we confirmed the start date. The project took 3.5 days for about 5000 sq ft of painting (house, trim, and garage). It was impressive to see the amount of prep work that Dany and his team did for the job. We have about 1000 sq ft of patio with lots of fixtures, and the team made sure to remove or cover each item. They did the same for everything around the house and perimeter wall. Dang had good recommendations for the quality/grade of the paint and got excellent contractors rates. He was gracious enough to redo areas where we changed our mind on the color for the trim. His price was extremely competitive and the quality of the work was excellent. We will definitely be using his team on our homes as well as future homes we invest in."

"Called and got an estimate the same day no problems; note that quoting here isn't very formal but it was fine for the work they did and payment a breeze so good for me. The job then went fine - the masonry part of the job adding to the wall was well done (a little light on the clean up but nothing awful, just know ahead of time that you won't have a pristine job site). The pillars they added by the gate look OK and seem structurally sound but may have been slightly off in measurement for the gate, then their attempt at re-hanging of the gate was somewhat botched but they also didn't balk when I told them to stop attempting it and just not charge me for that. They actually told me up front this was something they normally didn't do so it is partially my fault for going ahead with it. The price seemed reasonable for the work. If I had another straightforward masonry job I would consider hiring them again."
