"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"Oscar responded quickly to request for quote and provided install date Jul 9. He did not make that date and rescheduled several times. Eventually he installed about half the job Jul 22 and said he'd finish the next week. Actually, his guys did the install while he sat in his truck all day. He's continued to promised to finish the job "next week" multiple times and now he doesn't return calls or texts, and his voice mail box is full. He did not work well with my flooring distibutor and failed to do most things he promised. Very unprofessional, slightly over-priced, and the carpet he did install may not have been done properly."

Bill, the owner, came to our home to measure and install a 36" x 25" granite countertop with an 8" backsplash for a new cabinet we had ordered for our kitchen. We wanted a granite that would be similar to our existing in color and tone and an edge that would match our existing. We understood that the granite would not be a match due to the fact that our existing granite was 20 years old. That is not the problem. The edge is the problem thin, cheap looking, and does not match our existing edge. WE PAID $890.00 FOR THIS CHEAP looking job. So Bill comes to my home to see my complaint and says that I ordered the wrong thickness for that edge. I chose 3 mm thickness, and it should have been 2 mm. AS the customer, I do not know the outcome of 3mm vs. 2mm. Bill knew I was putting my trust in the professional I thought he was. Bill was at my home and saw my existing edge. Bill (being the pro) should have told me and I would have chosen something else. I wish Bill would have directed me to the 2mm. So Bill says he'll "redu" the job with 2 mm for an additional $750.00. What do you think? The lighter, thin top is the new one from Tintas. It looks unfinished? Waste of money."
