There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. "Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"The ad stated that furniture would be moved except electronics and beds.  Very little was moved.  Even the floor lamps were not moved to clean under them.  There was an area next to the front living room windows that was not vaccumed nor cleaned and this area was easily accessible.  We received a 37 cent discount by being a member of Angie's list!!  The areas they cleaned were done well; I was disappointed that almost nothing was moved.

"Very well. The girl on the phone was very nice and took the information and sent out service person to measure The window came in and they called to set-up time to install. The installer was nice and did a good job making sure all old broken glass was cleaned up so my grandson did not get hurt. I am very happy and will recomend to anyone who needs glass repaired."
