They did exactly as I asked, but for $100 I only got a surface cleaning. The two who showed up were very nice and accommodating however one of them left the job which only left one person to do most of the work. This was not the way I cleaned house when I was able, but there is only so much a person can do in a few hours.

I guarantee our work 100% and can dispatch staff there to ensure your satisfaction at no additional charge. My second staff member did leave earlier then my lead housekeeper due to the amount of hours both spent there. My other housekeeper stayed at no charge to try to ensure you were happy. I'm very sorry you felt we were only slightly above average. We will continue our very best to try to please all clients. Thank you for sharing your concerns."

I had surgery in December and was incapcited for almost a month. I needed a service to tend to my home as I was unable to do it myself. I contacted Home Advisors and SHOW LOW HOME PROS called me. I spoke to Michael explained my situation and we set the appointment for 1/29. Michael and Valerie arrived exactly on time, did a walk through and went to work. My husband and I and our 5 fur babies stayed out of the way and at the end of the day, my home was spotless. They are absolutely the best!!! Communication is key and they are professional, thoughtful and kind. I completely trust them. This was suppose to be a one time service, but I will use this company again and will definitely recommend them to neighbors, friends and family! Well done, Michael and Valerie, well done! They are very professional, friendly and showed up on time. They went above and beyond! Very trust worthy, meticulous and responds quickly to any questions you may have. We liked the fact that they took time to send us photos of each room that they completed. We will refer them to our friends and family.

My husband and I were amazed at the move out cleaning they did! Never have I see such stellar service. Beautiful beautiful and very friendly couple. Merry maids should be as good as they are. You must must try them. We are going to use them at our private residence, highly recommend their work!
