"I hired Caballeros to do cleanup in my backyard. My backyard is the size of two tennis courts. I haven’t touched it in 23 years. It was full of brittle brush to the point where you could barely walk around the backyard. Also, weeds had grown around the perimeter of my property, creating a fire hazard. They used a Weedwhacker on the weeds to create a fire break and pulled all of the brittle brush out out of my backyard and along the side of the house they went way beyond what I expected them to do. They cleaned up after themselves they took all of the brush away, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The other companies sent me emails. They were the only company that called me and set up an appointment. Very happy with the outcome at a price that was within my budget."

"We recently hired Diamond Cut to redesign our front yard including new pavers, grass, rock, etc. We initially met with a few companies but ultimately chose Diamond Cut. Early signs that a tree is struggling include premature leaf shedding and lesions or other strange markings. But they do need an ample supply of sunlight and to be in soil that will allow for proper drainage so that their roots don’t become waterlogged and at risk of developing illnesses.

If the plant begins to wilt, develop spots, or change color, these could all be signs that your palm tree has a disease. But a few basic treatments, like pruning and applying fungicide, will usually be more than enough to return it to perfect health.

Surface-level tree roots might only pose a small threat, such as being a tripping hazard or obstacle when you mow your lawn. But if mature tree roots start growing in the direction of your home’s foundation or plumbing system, it could be a real problem. Cutting small tree roots out before they grow too large can keep your home safe without removing the whole tree.

If you’re taking down a tree that you don’t suspect is affected by disease or pests and it’s nowhere near your home or other structures, then calling in a tree company should work fine. However, anything more involved means an arborist is a better option.
