Great! Rocio Roa was very personable and professional.

-- My biggest gripe is that they ARE NOT a Fountain Hills company. They are a bunch of techs, in their cars, and they get called by a central dispatch, and go where they're told. I think advertising as such is disingenuous. -- Was told by dispatch it would be 30 minutes arrival: it took more like over an hour. She drove up from Mesa. -- The tech said the lock was "old" and should be replaced. The problem wasn't with the lock, it was more with the alignment of the metal faceplate on the door with the lock bolt. It didn't need replacing, so we didn't. -- I guess they're just as good as any other locksmith, but advertising as a Fountain Hills company is wrong--that was one of the main reasons for me to call them: support local business.

I just wanted to say that I called Fountain Hills Locksmith because of their proximity to my home and the glowing report given in 2004. The owner, AJ, wasn't even aware that he was still listed on Angie's List.  I can only say that after being in business for more than 25 years he has learned a thing or two and is totally trustworthy.

I would highly recommend him to anyone in Fountain Hills needing a Locksmith.

HE IS ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. HE REMEMBERS YOUR NAME AND IS VERY NEAT. HE USED TO HAVE A DOG THAT WAS LIKE A BEAGLE THAT WAS A TRADE MARK, BUT SHE PASSED AWAY JUST RECENTLY. IT WAS SAD HAVING HIM COME OUT WITHOUT HIS DOG. THEY WERE INSEPARABLE.
