Excellent! Todd was at my house about 2 hours after my call to him. He was very kind, considerate, and professional. I would call again in a "heartbeat" and will recommend to anyone I know who needs a locksmith. He went so far as to make an extra key for opening the car door at no extra chare (just in case ignition key was locked inside).

Called, spoke to the Boss. Very courteous. Was able to arrange service later that same day (Saturday). Assistant arrived on time. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. These guys are "Good to Go!". Would call again for locksmith service, highly recommended.

Our original Toyota key fobs wore out where the plastic/rubber covering the 'lock' and 'unlock' button wore through exposing the buttons inside. Toyota OEM key fobs cost hundreds of dollars if you purchase them from the dealer and have them cut and program. I purchased a set of replacement keys for about $50 from Amazon and called Alcatraz to have them cut and programmed. Todd, the owner, answered the phone each time that I called and was very flexible with date and times that fit my schedule to come by his place to get the service completed. He quoted me a price of $100 to cut and program both keys which was far less than some other locksmiths are charging. I showed up at his place of service and only waited a short time for him to finish up with another customer. He was able to cut and program my keys in about 10 minutes and only charged me $75 because the keys did not have a transponder that would have needed programming. First and foremost, Todd is a true professional that has been in the industry many years and know exactly what he is doing. Secondly, he is friendly and will answer all your questions. And it doesn't hurt that he is nice and funny. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family or anyone else who asks me for a good locksmith.

Service was great, prompt and reasonably priced.

It went better than expected.  I thought that the key could not be recovered and that I would need new locks on both the doors and the starter.  Todd was able to re-create my original key after 14 years of use.  He did the work very quickly and was done before I thought he would be.  I was very impressive with his honestly, he could of easily sold me a whole new lock system on my vehicle and I would have never know the difference.  I would highly recommend him for any lock work and will call upon him again when I have another need arise.  Thank you Todd!

Todd showed up on time, and had everything ready to go when he arrived.  He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time.  He likes to talk, and it is clear he is very passionate and experienced about what he does.  I'd recommend him without hesitation.
