Bobby and helpers, through their equipment, plastic barriers, and careful attention, limited the spread of dust, which can be a problem when sanding down wood floors. Bobby made sure all of the boards I marked were replaced. He also worked with me in a test area to ensure I was comfortable with the finish color. I had similar work done in the back half of the home about 10 years ago. The side-by-side comparison is remarkable - Midwest Flooring's work is clearly superior. Excellent quality and good value (the quote was the final price)."

On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."
