"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. "Just as Joshua promised, the crew arrived at 7:30am on Monday March 13th and began the process of cleaning, stripping and repairing my roof. They also repaired my cracked and torn Parapets and resealed all my skylights and windows. On Tuesday, they finished the repairs and put down the 1st coating of Tan Apoc Sealer. That was followed by a second coat of sealer applied on Wednesday. Then as promised, I received almost 50 pictures of the job from start to finish. IT LOOKED LIKE I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ROOF. It also made it evident I needed to have some wood repair done to exterior of my house that extends up beyond the new roof. Who knew wood rots? I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the service and professionalism of AZ ROOF RESTORATION. Now I can use the money I saved to fix that wood rot I mentioned above. "I called to have my skylights repaired and while here they repaired a 20' piece of fascia board that was dry rotted, it turned out I only needed new bubbles on 3 of my skylights ( saved me a lot of money). "They came out and did some other work for me. I had bees in my ceiling so I had honey running down my wall. They came a cut a hole in the ceiling and pulled out all the rest of the honey comb and patched it up. It started in December and then it went on over a period of time between my schedule and their schedule. They had to wait for stuff to air out and dry so it went on over 4-6 weeks. I had it wrapped into something else because i had some dry rot on the front porch so they had to come and dismantle part of the tile on the front porch and prop it up and take out all the bad wood and put in new wood. It was kind of a messy project."
