"The technician was prompt and courteous and did a wonderful and very professional job installing the skylight.   The only problem we had was dealing with the office staff.  They didn't seam to be on the same sheet of music most of the time.  The whole experience was satisfactory but they should really get a better customer database for their computer.

"Just as Joshua promised, the crew arrived at 7:30am on Monday March 13th and began the process of cleaning, stripping and repairing my roof. They also repaired my cracked and torn Parapets and resealed all my skylights and windows. On Tuesday, they finished the repairs and put down the 1st coating of Tan Apoc Sealer. That was followed by a second coat of sealer applied on Wednesday. Then as promised, I received almost 50 pictures of the job from start to finish. IT LOOKED LIKE I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ROOF. It also made it evident I needed to have some wood repair done to exterior of my house that extends up beyond the new roof. Who knew wood rots? I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the service and professionalism of AZ ROOF RESTORATION. Now I can use the money I saved to fix that wood rot I mentioned above.
