"We have not started the service yet. But, the free termite inspection was thorough and the technician gave us excellent advice regarding termite control. We agreed to begin a general pest control service next month."

"Friendly, quick, best rates, and the best people to work with. JB and his team were the best folks for the job. I had searched several pest control companies but JB returned my call the fastest, had the best rates, and did the best work for me. He came out early in the morning and was done before I could leave for work. I had a pigeon problem and we discussed a plan. JB gave me several steps to fix the problem. No hard-sell tactics but a personalized plan. We agreed on a plan and JB executed the plan very well. They know what they are doing. He even went the extra mile to clean the mess the birds had made before, saving me the time to clean up afterwards. I can't say how much I appreciate JB and the team. My kids can finally go out to play in the backyard without having to worry about bird poop everywhere!"

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

Keeping birds away from a porch can involve a combination of strategies. Start with cleaning your porch. Remove food, debris, and plants that may be attracting feathered friends. Afterward, install physical deterrents like netting or spikes. Next, top off your porch with a decoy or two—and owl or hawk works. When wondering how to keep birds off the porch, it is always best to use humane efforts that won't harm winged creatures or the environment.

Bird and bat pest control involves assessing the site, installing deterrents, sealing entry points, and, in some cases, safely removing infestations following regulatory guidelines.

The brown recluse has numerous predators in the wild (or close to your home). They are a valuable part of the ecosystem, too. Their predators often include birds, praying mantis, crickets, chickens, spider wasps, and more. However, the brown recluse spider is a master at hiding, making it much more difficult for predators to hunt them.

High-frequency bird repellent devices are effective at driving away birds, which is their intended purpose. However, these devices also tend to have unintended negative consequences. For example, if you or your neighbors own pets, the high-pitched noise emitted by these electronic devices will cause them distress and may even make them aggressive.

The best animal repellents for gardens include a variety of different scents. You can use predator urine to keep away deer, raccoons, squirrels, and more. The odor will tell the critters that your yard is a dangerous place. Other scents that repel critters are herbs like lavender, geranium, and mint. You can also use hot pepper, garlic, and strong-smelling soap.
