On 6/17 the first installation team of Eric (different Eric) and Art set the shade rolls but due to strong winds could not attach the side cables. The following day 6/18 a second team of Jose and Tabo arrived and finished the installation. I was given an in service for operation of the remote, instruction regarding wind damage to the fabric and told about the warranties and service provided by the company if needed. I understand that the company gives extra compensation to deserving employees and the four guys that came to my home were exemplary!"

"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office.
