Marco had been to my house 2 years earlier for a drain problem and did a great job, so he was familiar with the plumbing in the house. Went right to work. "Al called ahead and was on time. My request was to resolve the immediate need. He evaluated the situation and recommended a course of action given the age of the house and cast iron pipes. He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."

AI recommended Zest Plumbing & Drain. I was not disappointed. From my first contact with Diana the dispatcher to Wally the field supervisor my experience with Zest Plumbing was outstanding. The AHS plumber gave up (without trying very hard) on clearing my drain and recommended tearing out a vanity and the toilet to install new pipes because he said my CAST IRON pipes had collapsed...it was baloney! AHS calls this a "MODIFICATION" which is not covered by the warranty. Don't fall for this tactic! Wally from Zest brought in his equipment and 30 minutes later my drain was working properly. He even showed me a video of my clean drain. Before you start tearing out walls give Zest a call!"
