James was very responsive. He was able to come out the day after I contacted him look at my old water softener (which hadn't worked in years) and provide an estimate. He was able to replace my water softening system the following day. He provided an itemized list of costs, and there were no surprise costs after he gave the quote. He was friendly, courteous, and likeable. He went above and beyond to provide high quality work and tidied up after himself. This is a one man business, which is a plus, because I know who I am getting, and I know I will receive consistent, quality work. I highly recommend him. I will definitely be using this business for my future plumbing needs.
