"Robert is Great plumber but very Expensive But he Does great work with integrity"

"Great. We had a plumbing leak in our bathroom. I called on a Saturday morning and Jacob was at our house at 9:30 sharp. Jacob immediately but down the Mr. Rooter rug and put on his booties before entering our house. He could hear the leak immediately when he walked into our bathroom but it was hard to tell where it was exactly because it was behind our sink, which was enclosed with a lot of custom tile work. He didn't want to cut a lot of holes so he contacted Craig from Precision Utility Locating. Craig came out and found the leak with his equipment and sure enough it was right where he said it was. This was another expense but well worth it. Jacob was able to repair the leak. He had to remove the insulation and drywall etc. but bagged it all up and took it with him in his van. He wiped up our bathroom floor and left my bathroom pretty clean even though I told him not to worry about it that I would clean up. When a plumber is sent to your house from Mr. Rooter they access the situation and give you an estimate which you agree to and sign. It doesn't matter how long they are there to fix the problem. Most plumbers charge by the hour but this estimate didn't change. I'm sure if there had been extra parts he would have given us a new estimate to approve. Jacob was so professional and a wonderful man It was such a pleasure to have him working in our home. Mr. Rooter has Advantage Plans that we took advantage of which saved us on this call and future calls, if needed. While Jacob was waiting for Craig he didn't sit around he proceeded to check the items that were included in the plan. I will never call another plumbing company. Mr. Rooter is now in my contact list and I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you."

"He was very friendly and professional, would recommend him to anyone"

"HCCR did the an amazing job, i just hated my shower when i moved into my home. i call them and a few other companies. HCCR really made feel comfortable, they helped me pick out colors and patterns. They priced me the best. i felt every one else was super over priced. they gave me exactly what the other companies had but they didnâ t try to take advantage of me with pricing. They install was perfect and easy. they did everything they said they would. i highly recommend them!"

"I had an excellent experience with City Plumbing and Rooter AZ. What started as a mainline leak quickly turned into a full replacement after proper leak detection, and I’m honestly grateful I went with them. From the beginning, they were professional, transparent, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was going on and what needed to be done. After getting quotes from multiple companies, their pricing was fair and straightforward—no surprises or pressure. Most importantly, they made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. If you’re looking for a trustworthy plumber who stands by their work and treats customers right, I highly recommend them."

"Great presentation by Nick. Very nice, informative, professional and knowledgeable. Super quality products and vert6competitive pricing. Because of very busy installation schedules, it will take 4-6 weeks before walkin shower remodel can happen. We can wait, no problem. It will be worth it."

"Bathtub is nice. But price was very high"

"The Plumber (Pedro) showed up early for the appointment which was **refreshing**, as normally service techs are late or do not show at all. Pedro acted professionally and the job performed was also very professional. Con: Cost was a bit high (service call/trip fee) We would certainly recommend Goettl."
