epoxy flooring
+ -1 moreThis is the third home that I have owned and had epoxy flooring installed in the garage. Sam of "Flake My Floor" did the best job of all - simply outstanding! He installs the epoxy himself. He doesn't contract out less qualified people. I will admit that I was a bit apprehensive when he asked for about 2/3rd's of the total amount up-front to purchase materials. I was taken advantage of by a concrete guy several years ago and swore never again. But, I put my trust in Sam and am so happy that I did.
Description of Work: Fifty year-old concrete garage floor was peeling up paint and had some cracking. Sam came in and ground the surface back to raw concrete and smoothed and sealed the cracks. He then applied the epoxy, colored flakes, and a clear epoxy top-coat.
