I needed to replace my sand filtration system.  The original worker sent out made a huge mess in my pool area and really wasn't very skilled.  I contacted Scott Thompson about the problem and he fixed the issues within a few days including cleaning up the work area.  I've dealt with Scott on several occasions and he is awesome!

Tim was the person sent to work on the pool.  He was extremely knowlegable and knew exactly what to do to do to get rid of the algae.  Within two days the green was gone and within 5 days the chemicals were stabilized. He found a few problems with the pool equipment that the previous pool service neglected to recognize and fix. I was very, very impressed with the service I received.  Since then, they have continued to stay in touch as we are working on a pool cleaner problem.  They really have gone the extra mile to help me.

It was a good experience. I am only using them because the man that takes care of my pool left a previous company and went to work for them. He is knowledgeable. Prices are all over the place for maintenance on pool; it depends on the skill of the individual. He does good work. We call him directly. His name is Tim.

Only complaint is installation quality. No breaker shut off at pump was installed and old timer box was used as junction box. The breaker shut off at pump location was a code violation pointed out to me later by another contractor.

the technician was amazing   he found and corrected all the problems  my pool is now clean and bright  the suction is awesome and best of all the pump is almost completely soundless  no more racket when it turns on

Azul Pool & Spa Services is quite simply the best in the Valley for pool and spa service, maintenance and repairs. We have used their services twice in the last few years and both times they were top-notch in every way. When we called they listened carefully to the problems we described and then asked questions to further clarify the situation and suggest likely causes and options for dealing with the problem. Always very professional and courteous. The technicians who came to service the pool were also very courteous and professional. They call before coming, when they arrive they listen first, then ask questions, and then provide detailed explanations of what they think the problem is, what their proposed scope of work will be, what the costs will be, and if applicable, other options for dealing with the problem. Both times the service was exactly as they described, took the amount of time they stated, and there were no surprises when the final bill came. They are very sensitive to the needs of their customers, both in terms of the actual service and also the “little” things like calling before coming, arriving when they say they will, being attentive to pets in the house or the yard, and providing accurate estimates of time and costs. They know what they are doing and they do it very well.
