You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

They all worked together as a team and we had our hands full trying to keep up with them as they were ready to keep going. There was never a slow moment. They literally took away my stress just by doing what their paid to do. They took care of my merchandise with moving blankets like the wood and glass even artwork was well tended too.
