"Everything went extremely well.  Since I had been using B&R for intermittent landscaping work and was very satisfied my expectations on this big job were totally met.  I had been having problems with an irrigation system installed about 16 years ago by the previous owners of the house.  The system was shot and needed to be replaced.  My water bills were running really really high because of all the leaks that wouldn't stop.    
B&R gave me an estimate which sounded reasonable to me.  They were ready to do the work within a couple of days but I asked them to wait until the end of the month when all my house guests would be gone.  They started the job about 3 days ago and it is now finished.  As always the landscape crew was extremely competent, polite and professional, and they knew what they were doing.  One of the reasons I like B&R so much is that the owner, Mike Bemis, knows he has a good thing going and keeps his employees for years and years.  Joe, who supervised the crew on this job was excellent, as he always is when he works on our yard.  It is amazing to me how they managed to rip out the entire old irrigation system, put in a new one, and still be so neat, that most of my neighbors didn't even notice what was going on.
Besides putting in a new irrigation system they also got rid of some ugly plantings I didn't like and put in some beautiful plumbago plants.
What makes B&R so special is how they go the extra mile for their customers.  A couple of weeks ago, a big cactus limb from our Peruvian Cereus cactus broke off.  When the crew was putting in the irrigation system this week, I asked Joe if he could do me the favor of taking the limb from our yard and put it in his truck to dispose of it.  He looked at the limb, and said he though there was a good chance he could plant it in the ground and a new cactus would grow from it.  So, without charging me, he dug a hole (using a jackhammer of course in our desert terrain) and planted the limb for me in our backyard. 
 I recommend B&R enthusiastically to anyone who wants quality landscape work done, whether it is a small routine job or a really big one like I just had done.

"Matt and Luis are the best! I requested a quote on a Saturday night. They were at my house on Sunday, came up with fabulous design ideas and began work on Monday! They always had at least 3 guys working and finished in less than 8 days. They designed the entire backyard, added turf, lighting, a large paver patio for a pergola and a paver path around the side of the house. We picked out our plants and they finished up! I highly recommend them. They were super friendly, professional and the paver work was performed in a very exacting manner.
