Unfortunately due to mistakes WE made prior to engaging them, the clean up was more complicated than it typically would have been. Dustin was great about explaining our options and developing a clean up plan that addressed the issues we had created before getting the AD people on site. The work was further complicated due to a hospital stay my mother in law had at the same time. Dustin did a great job at adjusting his work to accommodate the schedule we had to work with related to the hospitalization. He didn’t realize the pile of trash to remove has a back slope, he originally left 20% of the stuff and said they were complete. I went to review and compared to the photo and they agreed to complete the job for the original price. I feel bad for his underestimate but it was market price considering I had three quotes within $20 of one another."

At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. That extended the project of a kitchen renovation to a whole house experience! With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience!"
