Small jobs welcome

My name is oscar Pedroza, a 23 year old contractor based in Arizona and the owner of New Gen services LLC. I was introduced to this industry at a young age by my father, who taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and doing every job the right way. Through hands on experience over the years,I’ve developed strong knowledge and skills in asbestos abatement, demolition , and environmental services. As a young business owner, I take pride in building something of my own while continuing the foundation my father started. I’m committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high quality work on every project, no matter the size.My goal is to grow New Gen services LLC into a trusted name across Arizona by staying consistent, professional, and always putting the client first.

"I would definitely recommend their customer service because they know how to treat their customers with care and respect. They will assist you with all of your needs. I was having issues with mold and the removal process took absolutely no time at all. Everything worked too quickly. Both were fast, the customer service and the removal time. I would definitely recommend them to others because of their reliability. You could definitely depend on them."

"They had the best price, not by much but were also the most responsive and earliest available of the options. Glad to have hired them. Be sure your pic has all angles so that the quote is valid. He didn’t realize the pile of trash to remove has a back slope, he originally left 20% of the stuff and said they were complete. I went to review and compared to the photo and they agreed to complete the job for the original price. I feel bad for his underestimate but it was market price considering I had three quotes within $20 of one another."

Lead Testing and Removal questions, answered by experts

You can paint over lead paint, or “encapsulate” it with a special paint that includes an ingredient called an encapsulant. The EPA approves encapsulation as a lead paint removal method as long as the paint remains undisturbed. Standard types of paint without an “encapsulant” from the big box stores or hardware stores do not meet EPA standards for remediation of lead-based paint.

Some causes of brown well water—like excess tannins or dissolved iron—don’t pose a health risk. In other cases, harmful bacteria might be the culprit. If your well water has suddenly turned brown, it’s a good idea to use a home water test kit to get a better sense of what’s going on with your water. Consider calling a professional for an expert opinion before drinking the water and hoping for the best.

If your house was built before 1978 and you’re noticing cracking or peeling paint, a lead paint inspection is a good idea. A lead paint inspection gives you accurate information about the presence, location, and condition of lead-based paint in your home. This information is essential for making informed decisions about lead paint removal to ensure your safety and health and that of your family. If your inspector finds lead, you’ll need to take steps to manage or remove the lead-based paint and comply with laws and regulations.

Hazardous waste is waste that poses a threat to human or environmental health. This generally refers to waste that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive. To confirm if the waste you need to remove is considered hazardous waste, contact your local hazardous waste facility.

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.
