I called George Brazil. They came out and gave me an estimate of $395 to repair it. I said that was too expensive for that type of work. I called Day and Night, and they repaired it (I had provided the $17 part) within 15 minutes. They did not have a set charge for this particular task, and...

Arcadia Door RepairScott responded to the initial review and returned to do the repair correctly. The repair was done by Carlos this time and he did a really great job. Carlos and his helper sanded, matched the stain color, put in two boards, shored up the patched area and did a wonderful clean-up.
Repair person came out promptly the next day, diagnosed the problem, and repaired. All worked well.
NOBLE REFRIGERATIONThe repair was done in approx one week. At their instruction I returned the car in 30 days for a full detailing and polish at no additional charge, including touching up a small spot on the front panel inflicted by someone in a parking lot in the intervening 30 days.

We are a father and son company with collectively over 30+ years of experience in residential construction. Our focus is honesty and transparency. We do everything correctly but never bid or perform any work that is unnecessary. All costs and scheduling are communicated clearly.
"Initially, Alec from AMP contacted me immediately after I put out the request. He also came out to my residence and had no problem speaking the with insurance adjuster who was at my home at the same time. He promptly provided a straightforward estimate. We decided to hire AMP and they accepted. We had some additional questions regarding the estimate and wanted to add to same. Alec's partner (and father) Mike came out to inspect our damaged rooms. A revised estimate was provided. More conversation was initiated regarding the estimate and Mike indicated that he had no idea that our repair was involved in an insurance claim. Apparently that changed everything. Why? We have no idea. Since that conversation all communication with AMP ceased. A follow up call led to nothing as well. If they did not want to accept the job we could have hired another company much sooner. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of professionalism."
