"Tim was great! Will definitely hire again. He communicated clearly before the appointment and arrived on time. He worked through our list and made a run to Lowes for the things we needed to purchase for the jobs. The work was well done and we are very pleased. He was highly professional and efficient. Don't hesitate to I e him a call for your projects."

"Great from start. Arnold is great to deal with in salesroom. Roland measured & explained how the job would be done, Jamie laid the floor and baseboard. Done in 2 days. Jamie really talented and kept me updated via text throughout process. Baseboards are especially nice. He does beautiful rounded corners. Very custom looking. Love the Vinyl Plank Floors from Shaw."
"The move was an excellent experience from start to finish! Arranged with Joe on pretty short notice to do the move. We had just a phone call or two - he picked up both times, no recording or telephone tag - and he arrive on schedule. There was a very minor pushback of scheduling time but Joe called to let me know, which was great. Joe and one helper moved everything into the unit on a VERY HOT day when apparently, to our surprise, the cooling system had not yet been turned on. Never a word of complaint from either Joe or his helper. Joe apparently has a lot of years of experience and he was great at both the moving part and the placement part, which is held the battle when moving into a storage unit. He handled my furniture and boxes beautifully and carefully protected our newly painted walls. Couldn't have asked for a better move and would hire him again in a heartbeat. "
"Larry was coming from a job across town, so it took him longer to get there, than anticipated and I didn't get any updates along the way as to his delayed ETA. But once he arrived he went to work quickly and was done shortly. He also explained some things about the locks to me as he went along. Overall a very good experience."
"Jeff came to my house on the same day that I contacted him. He got on the roof and inspected the entire roof and took pictures. He gave me a quote the same day which was on par with other companies that I had already looked into. I still haven't fully committed to a company and I will definitely consider Jeff to do this job."
"Once confirmed - which took a bit, although I do not think it was all their fault - it was great. Bryan came and was competent, professional, and very personable. He did a great job and our new doors look great."
"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling. "
A 5x8 trailer can fit a queen-sized bed plus additional items. It is one of the most common sizes for enclosed cargo trailers, open utility trailers, and dump trailers. U-Haul, a national trailer rental company serving most U.S. markets, claims its 5x8 enclosed trailer can tow up to 1,800 pounds.
Concrete blocks are the cheapest way to base a shed. However, the space in between allows critters to go under, burrow, and even damage your shed’s frame. For a more pest-proof option, consider building a shed base with gravel or paver stones. Both options are fairly affordable and easy enough for a DIY project. For gravel, you can build a wooden frame to contain the loose material.
Yes, you can use a storage shed several ways, including as a chicken coop, but you'll need to make some modifications. You will have to add a chicken door, roosts, ventilation near the roof, mesh on the windows, and insulation if you live in a colder climate. Additionally, you’ll want to ensure that the shed is predator-proof so no other animals can harm your chickens. You should also add a run and nest boxes to your shed.
The maximum size of a tiny home you can move depends on your state transportation guidelines, but the rule of thumb is a maximum of 400 square feet. However, as long as it falls within the local limits for traveling on public roadways, you should be good to hit the road.
While sheds are most certainly helpful for most homeowners, unfortunately, sheds do not add value to a home or property in the traditional sense. However, if the home has limited storage or garage space, having a shed to store things like decorations or lawn equipment can certainly be a positive if you want to sell.
