"We purchased a townhome in Flagstaff several months ago. The unit is situated on a small hill with a pine forest to the rear. There was a small patio in the rear yard. However, the soil was eroding down the hill into the valley below and the patio was cracking due to the unstable soil. I contacted Angelsun Landscaping and Michael inspected the problem and came up with a solution to stop the erosion and stabilize the rear yard with a retaining wall and extending our brick paver patio. JP, Michael's father suggested additional items and solutions. The work took just a little over a week. We were not at the property while the work was taking place. When we arrived to view the work...we were totally blown away by the improvements. They were better than expected. The new patio was magnificent!! In addition, an aluminum wrought iron style fence was added plus a planting area. All the work exceeded our expectations. "Luis and his crew did an amazing job on our yard! They removed 43-year-old railroad ties and all of the decorative rock in the front and back yards. They built masonry planter boxes and steps in the backyard, and a masonry planter box in the front yard. They ran irrigation through the planter box in the backyard and installed outdoor lighting in both the front and back yards. I wanted a more modern look to go with the 1970’s architecture and Luis listened and made welcome suggestions. We’re beyond pleased with the results and give Luis and his crew our highest recommendation!"

"The work was done properly. However the cost was very high in my opinion. Three workers showed up at 7:00AM and completed the job at 2:00 PM. That is a total of twenty-one man hours of work. Materials cost between $200 and $300 leaving a total of $2,700 for labor. Thus the cost per man/hour was $129.00. That seems high to me for this type of labor. If you don't mind paying that much for this type of work that is fine. However, I think you might be able to get the same quality work for quite a bit less"
