Arrived early and had everything needed on the truck. Quickly removed the old water heater and installed the new one. Cleaned up the area. He explained maintenance of the unit and the warranty. Charges where fair for the work done.

The oil change was fine.  They charge $3.00 for shop supplies, which is a rip off, so a $14.95 oil change ends up costing you almost $21.00.  Then they want to nickel and dime you saying this needs fixed, or that's leaking and needs replaced.  They tease you by advertising a $14.95 oil change...

It went very well, he unpluged a drainage hose and replaced parts on the heater.  I signed up for an annual service plan.  They come out twice a year(spring and fall), I tell them when.  Just pay for parts if needed.

I bought a new water heater at Home Depot and Chuck picked it up and brought to the house for installation. He did a great job, cleaned up any mess and carted the old water heater away! Highly Recommended!
