 + 0 moreWe were driving the rental car and had some humming sound coming up and not comfortable with that. We pulled into the Meineke and informed the frond desk manager Joe about this. They took it inside did analysis and was able to confirm that , it was due to tire treads and nothing to with mechanical problem, which gave us confident to take it for 1000+ mile drive..

 + -1 moreThe oil change was fine. They charge $3.00 for shop supplies, which is a rip off, so a $14.95 oil change ends up costing you almost $21.00. Then they want to nickel and dime you saying this needs fixed, or that's leaking and needs replaced. They tease you by advertising a $14.95 oil change just so they can try to get you to agree to have them fix other things for you. They are scam artists.

 + -1 moreI went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I get a call a bit later saying they put new tires on and cost. Didnt ask if that was ok with me first. Really annoying!
Description of Work: I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation. They ended up putting all new tires on without consenting me first.

 + -1 moreIt took several days for the part to come in. I found a coupon online and decided to use it. The manager became very upset and started shaking his head and I asked what was wrong and he yelled at me saying he had already given me a discount. I told him I didn't care and he gave me the middle finger. My dad had to escort me out of the building. And there was a big "bouncer" looking guy who walked out after me and stood in the parking lot and glared at me. I tried to call the company to complain and was told the property was individually owned - no help was given. I'll never in my life go here again for S***! And shortly thereafter, my Check Engine light came BACK on. So they never fixed the problem at ALL!
Description of Work: I came in for a EGR valve replacement.

 + 0 moreExcellent Pleasant Experience. These guys know what they are doing and are Genuinely concerned with solving the customer's problems. ( I went to a Goodyear on Charleston, it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere and way to willing to take my money.
Description of Work: I am a grumpy old disabled veteran and I don't give out compliments for acceptable behavior I pay for. . . . . So, I am very IMPRESSED with this particular Meineke, and the Owner/Operator (William) and his son (BJ) . this is a clean, organized professional shop. The young man (BJ) that greeted me when I came in was Respectful and Knowledgeable. Within a short but reasonable time, he quoted me exactly what it would cost to replace my muffler and fix the rattle on my old jalopy. I sat there during the time it took to get it fixed. BJ and his Dad were quite courteous and helpful, and, THIS is IMPORTANT . . . . during the hour I sat there 6 customers, came in, and I note, every one was a repeat customer, and Genuinely Pleased to Trust them with their car care. Sure Glad I found this place, and I will go back to get my Struts and coil springs replaced !

 + -1 moreThe workers there are nice. It is not Buckingham Palace but they got the job done. And they bought me lunch! I would go back, they took care of me and entertained me.
Description of Work: I came in with a leak in my BMW, typical of its age. However, I had just spend 3000 in repairs and did not expect to need more work done. They inspected the problem quickly, ordered parts quickly, and had me out of there in under 4 hours. They replaced my Rack in pinion. However, they did not have a way to balance my tires and sent me down the street to Pep Boys, which was expensive and ended up also having to buy new tires. The workers there are nice. It is not Buckingham Palace but they got the job done. And they bought me lunch!
