He was on time. Took out the old water heater and installed the new one. Chuck also carted away to old heater and cleaned up any mess. He also took the time to wipe down the new heater with a clean cloth.

I bought a new water heater at Home Depot and Chuck picked it up and brought to the house for installation. He did a great job, cleaned up any mess and carted the old water heater away! Highly Recommended!
