I have used them a lot. They are excellent and very very timely. They make sure that your scheduling needs are meet. Which is important when you have plumbing issues. Plus they do great quality work.

After removing the shower head from the goose neck pipe that goes into the pipe behind the wall, I tried to remove the goose neck pipe to reseal it with teflon tape. The goose neck broke off in the elbow fitting on the supply line. I called All Affordable to see if they could get the broken pipe end out of the elbow. The response was within an hour and the broken end was removed and a new goose neck installed. I had also used All Affordable Plumbing week earlier to replace a bad thermocouple in my hot water heater. The response time for both repairs was very quick and the repairs were taken care of. I will definitely call All Affordable the next time I need a plumbing repair.

They did an adequate job, but when I needed them to fix a shower, they no-showed 2 times and were an hour late the 3rd time.

"We have stopped working for that store due to the inability to supply work orders in a timely manner if at all. By the time these customers called in they where already angry because the sales people at the store stated installs are done instantly. When informed that the previous installations where not done to code and needed to be corrected customers got angry with our company rather than the store that did not mention the need for proper installs. We did have displays set up in that store to show proper legal installations that was never used along with a time line which showed average purchase date to install time. We go out of our way to satisfy our customers and would never make any such comments as listed. We are sorry that this customer feels we did something wrong, even if we did not work for her, by her own statement."

This job was the worst I have ever seen! In the middle of the job the workers stopped working. We had to take this company to the ROC to resolve this issue. The owner never came by to check on this job or return any of our calls. This is the worst plumbing company I have ever delt with.

"This job stopped when the plumber on site had a family emergency and needed to leave the job to deal with that, the customer was notified at that time. The manager was on site the next day working on replacing the waterline. The work was completed, inspected by city inspector and passed. The owner contacted the R.O.C. in regards to the pool man and landscaping. The complaint with the R.O.C. was settled with the owner of All Affordable Plumbing, who must show up on site during arbitration, at which time the complaint was dropped by the R.O.C. as unsubstantiated. The customer never paid for work on 3/4" gas line to have the home brought up to city code for water heater installation. It is highly suggested that any Contractor who works for this customer has a contract written and signed before work starts, it is what closed our case with R.O.C.."

Hose to dishwasher was not connected properly, it leaked and caused considerable damage to tile flooring and kitchen cabinets. Their repairman admitted they made mistake but owner refused to paid for damage. It took months to resolve and I had to go the Registratar of Contractors, lawyers got involved and they finally had to paid for damage. Mistakes happen but this company was so unprofessional in dealing with this issue.

"The plumber who was on site was killed in a accident, that took precedent over repairing the customers cabinets. When the customer was informed or this incident they contacted the R.O.C. and their lawyer. They continued to demand that the plumber attend proceedings even after being notified of his passing. We did pay for a cabinet company to repair the cabinets, we apologize that it took time settle this while our company dealt with this loss."

They put a new water heater. The fixed the toilet and they put new parts inside the tank. The quality of work was good and the price was reasonable. The guys were well mannered and polite. The work was great. I spent about $ 600 for the water heater and some of the other companies around here charged $ 2000. I was pretty happy with that. I got a really good deal. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.
