I have heat and the terrible noise is gone!!

They were able to take care of my issue. The price they quoted me was fair this time. They come out right away. They get a guy out there very quickly. They have parts on their truck. They charge you a service call fee. Sometimes it might take them 10 minutes to figure out what's wrong, but they charge you the full service call, and then they start the timer again when they do the repairs. They might be there for an hour, but they charge you $150 or whatever for services, and the parts off the truck are astronomically high priced.
When I complained before, I looked the part up online after I had paid $140 for it, and I could get it off of there for $14. When I got the heat pump done, which was a bigger job, they treated me very fairly. They gave me a better price than the other guys in town. They do quality work and I can't complain about their work. Compared to another company that came out and was diagnosing my problem, they spent an hour and 15 minutes diagnosing it. I got charged about the same money.
It's probably okay. You just have to pay for the fact that the guy has the part on the truck, they can fix it that day usually if it's a simple fix. This time, my compressor was out.
They did a good job. I can't complain about it. They did what they said they were going to do. They charged me what they quoted me. They did quality work. Last time they frustrated me, but this time they did good.
The technicians are very qualified and knew what they were doing. They have a lot of experience. They were kind of the last guys I went to and they were able to pull it off.
They actually beat another quote by several hundred dollars. The price was not unreasonable. They called and they were very proactive about trying to get the part here. It was ordered and delayed, and it wasn't their fault. The gal in the office was very proactive about trying to get them moving and actually showing that they cared. I called her back afterwards and thanked her for it because she made me feel like she actually cared, compared to other people that make you feel like a number. They were very responsive and came out right after I called them. Other than the part being delayed, they were there on time. It's hot here, and as long as I have air conditioning, I am happy. I would definitely use them again.

When the guy came out we told him that the furnace was freezing up and that all it was doing was running it was not cooling off in the house. It would run on heat when it was on air condition.
The first guy who came out, which was some what lightly argumentative could not figure out the problem. He put in a new thermostat and found that wasn't it . So he called it in to have someone else come out. So a few hours later
they had another guy come out and hooked up a grounding wire and left. It seems to be doing OK now.
We have never been able to get them to come out the same day as they state. Hours not days. Well we have always been days. We call them at least once every one to two years for a problem. Never got help in the same day.

Basin Refrigeration & Heating are very competent. They usually have the parts you need when they come out. They respond very quickly. They're at your house within a day after you call them. They're a little expensive. They charge you a service call to diagnose the problem and then you pay at least an hour service fee for whatever labor they do after they diagnose it -- or longer if the job takes longer than an hour. They also often overcharge you on the parts. I found a part he charged me $120.00 for for $15.00 online. They are good to call if you need someone out there quickly. They also do a good job.

I woke up to a very cold house, it was 50 degrees. My furnace was not working. This is a new house to me so I thought it just might be me not knowing how to set my thermostat. So I did not call in for help until noon. They were at my house by 1:30. They sent out a furnace repair man who figured it out that it the furnace was fine but it had something to do with the power. So they quickly sent out a electrician who traced it down to a electrical box in the attic. They were professional while being very personable. I plan to call them and setup an appointment sometime next spring to have them come out to rewire a few things for me.

It went very well, he unpluged a drainage hose and replaced parts on the heater. I signed up for an annual service plan. They come out twice a year(spring and fall), I tell them when. Just pay for parts if needed.

I lost heat over the weekend, so I called Monday morning and the repairman came on Monday afternoon. He worked in the basement and I watched. It took less and he had to charge me $150.00 plus travel expenses which was $200.00 to come from 30 miles away. I thought that was a lot, but that's the company policy. He was very knowledgeable, polite and personable, so I would call again, but I hope nothing goes wrong!

Work was done exactly as described and for the price estimatd. They were on time, courteous and informed us of a utility rebate/discount about which we were unaware. They had to return the next day to finish the work as they did not have the needed part, but due to fact work was done on a non-tranditional structure, this was understandable. The price they charged seemed very reasonable.
