I made an appt to have rear end gears changed. I was given a quote and was told it would be finished early afternoon. I dropped my car off the night before. About 3 pm I called and was told they had not started working on it as they were working on an RV of a traveler. They didn't notify me, I had to call them. I did pick up my car the next afternoon and was charged $100 more than I was told. The owner wasn't there. Then after I put about 1000 miles on my car I made an appt to have my rear gear oil changed as recommended. The day of my appt I should up they were not prepared for me. They didn't have the gear oil and had to have some delivered. They had several days notice that I was coming in. |I will never take any of my vehicles there again or recommend them.

Great service. Have been using Woodard's since it was recommended to us in 2002. They are very informative about cost, services and parts that are replaced. They are busy, so it is sometimes hard to get in, but usually they will squeeze you in the same day. Our Silverado has 200,000+ miles on it, and they are the only place we allow to work on it.
