"after paying for the door from the salesmen john they scheduled the =door to be installed 2 weeks later and the gentelman cam right on time like they said . he installed the door and everything looked great and then noticed a month later that one of the screws can thru the insdie trim behind the door john the salesperson came out and agreed that it was there fault and that they would fix it , so about 3 weeks later the trim guy cam out and replaced it and WOW what a great job he did considering that this is a new house and now you cannot tell it ever happened..
