We are licensed for residential and commercial construction application, an IICRC certified firm, with certified technicians, and we are also a full-service plumbing contractor (comm/res). These all add up to the perfect one-stop-shopping experience in times of loss. "It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

"The company hired subs to do our counter tops and cabinets. The sub that came to install our cabinets brought his 9 year old son, worked 2 days and then left without completing the job. We had to call superior Stone to find out when someone was coming out. The salesman said 5 to 6 days for completion, took almost 2 weeks! The men who brought counter tops and cut them in street which we told salesman that wouldn?t work since we are in a condo complex. The dust went everywhere, some neighbors had dust on windows, cars and garage. No one from this company has called after installation to see if everything was done correctly."
